The Balcony

The weather in Dallas has been very pretty lately. I can feel the city come to life in the spring. Last night we went out for dinner in the Turtle Creek area. With the weather as it is, sitting at the balcony for dining was perfect. The breeze, the trees, the sunset; the view of the city from the balcony is magnificent. All the elements created a very pleasant atmosphere, it made me feel so at peace and relaxed. It was a really perfect spring evening, I love spring in Dallas. It doesn't last for long but it is definitely beautiful.

The food was contemporary American cuisine. It notes the fusion of traditional European and Asian classic cooking techniques, stressing high quality with fresh and local produce.
